**Description** **Leidos is seeking a degreed Architect to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team to provide architectural support for FAA Terminal facilities in the Eastern Service Area.** ****Building enclosure experience is required**** Up to 50% travel **Architect Primary Responsibilities:** + Review construction documents including architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals relative to the **building enclosure for FAA Terminal facilities** (Air Traffic Control Tower, Terminal Radar ApproachControl facilities, etc.). + Perform remedial roof and **envelope design** for existing facilities. + Conduct system surveys and oversee field tests. + Engage in **Building Enclosure Commissioning** and prepare technical reports. + Generate layouts, manage project timelines, and coordinate with teams. + Produce AutoCAD drawings, manage project risks, and monitor progress. **Architect Basic Qualifications:** + **Civil Engineering or Architecture degree** from an accredited university or college. + Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. + Expertise in **building enclosures** and proficient in computer modeling. + Knowledge of BIM and relevant building codes. + Proficient in Microsoft applications and AutoCAD/Revit. + Strong communication and project management skills. + Ability to obtain a Public Trust Suitability. **Architect Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior relevant FAA experience. + Highrise experience. **Training:** Recommendations for project management and safety training may be provided. **Original Posting:** April 29, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
