Your Role: Traveling Associate Dentist

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide top-notch dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and compliance programs.
• Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of our company.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and celebrate team achievements.
• Work primarily with children, who make up over 70% of our patient base.

• Earn an additional $400 each week for traveling to other offices, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals).

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you’ll provide care.
• Certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.) and Nitrous Oxide certification (in applicable states).
• A compassionate approach and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

Our Practice Environment:

We provide a supportive and well-equipped practice, featuring:

• DentaPro software and digital x-ray units.
• A dedicated team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
• A dynamic office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
