Your Impact

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide exceptional dental care to our patients, primarily children and young adults.
• Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of our practice.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and celebrate team successes.
• Work with a patient base that loves your care—70% of our patients are kids!

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive dental services with the support of a skilled team.
• Utilize advanced technologies, including:
• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Participate in ongoing training, including yearly OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in your state.
• Certifications such as CPR and DEA as required.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (specific states only).
• A passion for providing compassionate dental care to both children and adults.
