We are actively seeking a Regular Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support our mission and help us create memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Engage with your community while promoting a positive image of our company!
• Participate in morning huddles (or even lead one!) to plan your day and appreciate your team.
• Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Your Responsibilities

As a Regular Full-Time Associate Dentist, you will provide essential dental services to our patients with the support of a dedicated team. Here’s what you can expect:

• Utilize advanced tools and technology, including:
  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
• Receive ongoing training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
• Work with a supportive team: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
• Work with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

What We Expect From You

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.
• Other required certifications, including CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
• Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays (8 AM - 5 PM).
