Title: Associate Dentist- Ownership potential

Status: Full Time (4 days per week)

Pay: $170,000- $300,000

This thriving, patient-focused practice has more than tripled its revenue in the past few years, growing from $399K to over $1.5 million in annual production. With 2,500 active patients and 40 new patients each month, you’ll step into a full schedule with strong earning potential. The newly expanded facility features eight state-of-the-art operatories, CBCT imaging, digital scanners, and electric handpieces, ensuring efficient, high-quality care. Patients appreciate the personalized approach, and the collaborative team fosters a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Located in Silverdale, WA, residents are just minutes from stunning views of Dyes Inlet and the Olympic Mountains, enjoying waterfront living, scenic trails, and easy access to Seattle. Technology & Tools:

• Digital x-rays, CBCT, Digital scanner, digital charts, electric handpieces, newly expanded practice space with modern equipment, and LED lighting.
