Position Overview:

DeAngelis Legal is seeking an Attorney with estate planning, business or tax law experience to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in growing the firm, working with clients, managing projects and other legal tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney who is Board Certified in Estates and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona.

What You'll Do:

• Work in the following practice areas: estates and trust law, general business and mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, posing challenging questions to provide sophisticated legal solutions.
• Prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, entity formation documents as well as a variety of business and transactional documents.
• Independently manage legal projects.
• Act as the ongoing point of contact for clients, ensuring a personalized and thoughtful legal approach.
• Collaborate closely with support staff and an experienced AV Preeminent rated attorney specializing in sophisticated estate planning.
• Upholding the firm’s commitment to providing high quality legal services to high quality clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Arizona Bar license required, LLM beneficial, but is not required.
• Experience in Estate/Trust, Corporate/Transactional and Tax law is beneficial, but is not required.
• Willingness to be part of a small firm.
