Compensation: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)

Role Overview

The AV Support Technician will be responsible for providing day-to-day audiovisual and video teleconferencing support within the organization’s executive-facing meeting spaces. You will work closely with senior staff and technical teams to ensure seamless AV operations, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate key presentations and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate a variety of AV and VTC (video teleconferencing) systems including cameras, microphones, and playback/recording devices.
• Prepare and reset conference rooms before and after meetings.
• Present briefing materials using company-provided AV equipment (e.g., PowerPoint, video, overhead viewgraphs).
• Conduct operational tests and isolate system faults on AV/VTC equipment.
• Coordinate meeting requirements with remote teams and update reservation systems accordingly.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and technical issues.
• Deliver white-glove support to executive-level stakeholders and VIPs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AV support experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience with Crestron Integration and NVX AV over IP systems.
• Strong client service orientation and professional demeanor with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scheduling/reservation software for AV equipment and rooms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
