Our client, a CPA and advisory firm, is currently seeking an Audit Manager to join their growing team. Recognized nationally for its diverse culture and technical excellence, this firm serves a wide range of clients. Salary: $105,000 - $145,000

Audit Manager Offering:

Audit Manager Requirements:

• CPA license (active or in progress).
• 1 – 2+ years of experience in a manager-level audit role.
• Background with a Big 10 or large regional CPA firm strongly preferred.
• Strong technical audit knowledge, including familiarity with relevant standards and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience with government, nonprofit, or Single Audit engagements is a plus.

Audit Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and review multiple audit engagements across a variety of industries.
• Lead client communications and act as the primary contact on audit matters.
• Supervise staff and senior associates during planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of the audit.
• Ensure audit quality and compliance with firm methodology and industry standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop the next generation of audit professionals.
• Stay up to date on changing audit guidelines and best practices.
