*Who You Are*
* You’re a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a growth mindset
* Familiarity with verbal behavior, including VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R a plus, but not required
* You have experience in implementing behavior treatment planning using applied behavior analysis evidence-based treatments

*What You’ll Do*
* Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children and young adults
* Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
* Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (including virtual options)
* Mentor and inspire RBTs and other team members
* Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
