As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Salt Lake City, you will:
Collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and standardize clinical policies and procedures across Utah.
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care.
Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
Support clinic operations such as scheduling, staffing coordination, and problem-solving.
Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure).
Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred.
Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel around the Salt Lake City area.
