Business Transactional Attorney

SNI is seeking a Business Transactional Attorney to join a prominent law firm located in downtown Baltimore!

Are you looking for a collegial corporate department involved in varied and complex matters, where the client’s best interests, not billable hours, are paramount?

We are seeking someone who ideally has a background in Corporate commercial, General M&A, and Corporate Finance.

You will be working on everything rom Estates & Trusts to Real Estate transactions, representing both Bank and Borrowers.

Qualifications:

• Experience handling a wide array of business transactions, with an understanding of corporate and partnership structures. An understanding of corporate/partnership governance and corporate/partnership tax preferred.
• Must be a quality legal drafter with analytical and research skills. Heavy client interaction is a plus.
• Responsiveness is extremely important. Must also possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and be willing to work at the firm’s office on a regular, weekly basis, alone or on a team. Our office thrives on in-person interaction. It can oftentimes be a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Admitted to the Maryland Bar (or readily willing to waive in).
