Company Overview :
Our client is a reputable and local company in the logistics industry looking for an experienced and dedicated OTR Driver to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and are seeking a reliable individual to represent our company with professionalism and commitment.

Position Description :
As an OTR Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers. This is a “working driver” position where you will be required to tailgate and unload product on delivery. The driver will be paid for each piece unloaded at a rate of $0.30 per box. This is a full-time, home-weekly position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely drive and deliver products to assigned destinations
• Tailgate and/or unload product at customer locations (must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and bend/stoop as needed)
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on deliveries
• Report layovers through ELS for pay
• Backhauls sourced by the company
• All “dead-head” driving time paid
• Ensure safe handling of products and vehicles
• Follow all federal, state, and company guidelines and regulations

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience (preferably OTR)
• Must have a valid CDL Class A license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bend, and stoop
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic
• Must have Clean Driving record - present MVR at time of interview
