About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to oversee its financial, human resources, compliance, safety, and risk management operations. This executive will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team, involved in the development of organizational strategies, and will be responsible for the preparation and management of the annual budget, financial reporting, and long-term financial planning. The role also includes ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. The Chief Administrative Officer will supervise various departments, including accounting, finance, HR, and safety, and will be the primary contact for compliance issues. Candidates for the Chief Administrative Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a strong background in accounting, finance, HR, insurance, safety, and training. A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in non-profit financial management, including 2-3 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizing and coordinating operations, personnel supervision, and budget management. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact professionally with staff, board members, and external agencies. Experience with state and federal funding and private foundation grants is also necessary.
