About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer for Perioperative Services. This executive will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the perioperative service line, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and safe surgical care. The role involves driving operational performance, managing financial plans, and overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement, managing regulatory compliance, and leading change management efforts. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists, surgeons, and pain specialists, is essential to provide the best possible patient experience. Candidates for the Chief Administrative Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant perioperative services leadership experience, with a strong background in healthcare and perioperative service delivery models, business and strategic planning, and financial management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a clinical degree or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships. The role demands a leader who can drive for results, innovate, and create a positive work environment, while also ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
