Clinical SAS Programmer with R Analytics Experience
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite/Hybrid preferred)
Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Clinical SAS Programmer with strong experience in R-based analytics to support clinical trial data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical programming within a regulatory environment and the ability to work cross-functionally with biostatisticians and clinical data teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and validate SAS programs for clinical trial datasets (SDTM, ADaM) and TLFs.
* Utilize R for data visualization, statistical analysis, and exploratory data insights.
* Support statistical analysis plans and clinical study reporting.
* Ensure compliance with CDISC standards and FDA guidelines.
* Collaborate with biostatistics and data management teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 4+ years of experience in clinical SAS programming.
* Solid hands-on experience with R in a clinical research or pharma setting.
* Strong knowledge of CDISC (SDTM/ADaM), FDA submission standards.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in oncology or rare disease studies is a plus.
* Familiarity with R Shiny or R Markdown is a bonus.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
