  • Research and recommend products that offer optimal coverage and pricing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters and market partners
  • Provide detailed coverage comparisons and cost-benefit analyses
  • Stay informed on market trends, carrier appetites, and regulatory updates

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge and underwriting background
  • In-depth understanding of commercial property, casualty, and specialty lines
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines effectively
  • Strategic thinker able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must have a collaborative mentality
  • Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement
  • Ongoing professional development and training
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Collaborative, supportive work culture where your expertise is valued
