Salary Range: $30.00-38.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a Service Technician (Diesel Mechanic) with 2+ years of experience working on compact construction and ground equipment.
As a Compact Equipment Service Technician at Bobcat of Buffalo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of compact machinery for our valued customers.
Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be vital in keeping our customers' equipment running smoothly and minimizing downtime.
We are looking for a Service Technician that is motivated to grow and learn.

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of construction equipment.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues, both mechanical and electrical, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in compact equipment mechanics is a plus.
- Experience as a compact equipment service technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
