Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager – Performance, SEO, and Digital Advertising

TEG Level : HQ Associate (You'll own projects but won’t have direct reports to start)

Growth Path : Sr Manager, Director, Sr Director

Reports to : Sr Manager of Marketing

Brand/Product : Great Big Game Show

Salary Range : $60,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually (Depending on Experience)

Great Big Game Show  is a brand-new experience from the creators of The Escape Game (TEG has 51 locations across the US). Great Big Game Show is currently open in 12 cities—and growing fast.

We’re hiring a digital marketer to help drive traffic and bookings across paid media, SEO, and our website. This role is focused on performance - analyzing what’s working, making adjustments, and finding smart ways to grow.

Responsibilities:

SEO: Improve organic rankings in both the game show and broader entertainment categories (local search). Lead technical audits, content improvements, and local SEO strategies. Stay ahead of how AI search is changing discovery.

Digital Advertising : You’ll run and continuously audit paid media campaigns (Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, etc.), testing new ideas and adjusting based on real opportunity. When something’s working, scale it. When it’s not, pivot fast.

Website Management: Manage the performance and content of our website - updating copy and pages as needed, running A/B tests, and partnering with developers for any major changes.

Online Listings & Reputation: Keep our brand accurate and optimized across review sites (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor), third-party sellers, and local organizations like CVBs and Chambers.

Analytics & Reporting: Track what’s working, what’s not, and what’s worth trying next. Bring the team clear reports and confident recommendations.

What Success Looks Like

  • ROI-positive paid campaigns that drive incremental traffic and bookings
  • Strong rankings for relevant keywords and categories (beating our competitors and creating traffic from broader entertainment keywords)
  • Manage a high-performing, easy-to-navigate website
  • Accurate, up-to-date online presence across platforms
  • Actionable insights that guide smart marketing decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns and/or SEO strategy
  • Comfort making website updates and coordinating with dev partners
  • Familiar with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Semrush, or Ahrefs
  • A testing mindset - you’re always curious what will perform better
  • Great communicator and collaborator

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in entertainment, attractions, or multi-location marketing
  • Familiarity with third-party ticketing and review platforms
  • Understanding of how AI is shaping online search and discovery

Requirements & Expectations: 

 None to light (0-1 time per month)

 40-50 hours per week. More may be required based on projects, priorities and task list.
