As part of the Data and Tech team, you will develop, validate, and manage testing of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and use cases related to risk, compliance, & legal functions. As a Manager, you will take ownership of projects, verifying their successful planning, budgeting, execution, quality, and completion. You will be responsible for applying AI techniques in multiple risk domains including internal audit, SOX compliance, or forensics.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in machine learning and generative AI development

  • Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration/Management, Mathematical Statistics, Risk Management, Statistics preferred
  • Proficiency in analytical software and tools
  • Demonstrating proven experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
