We are seeking a dedicated andcompassionate full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ouroutpatient clinic in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will providehigh-quality healthcare services to primarily Chinese-speaking patients, ensuringthey receive the best possible care in their preferred language. The roleinvolves coordinating and supporting participants' functional, clinical, andpsychosocial needs, prioritizing independence and wellness. Responsibilities includecollaborating with a large, multidisciplinary team to develop person-centeredgoals, communicating changes in participants' conditions, and facilitatingprimary care and preventive services. Compensation and Benefits: $160,000- $175,000 plus Annual Bonus + full benefits package. Requirements: Master's degree in nursing from anaccredited institution. Current licensure as a NursePractitioner in the state of New York. Minimum of 2 years of experiencein family medicine or primary care settings. Strong clinical skills with theability to manage a wide range of health conditions. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to work independently andas part of a collaborative team.
