Arko Plumbing is seeking a mission-driven leader to join us as our full-time General Manager of Plumbing Operations , with opportunities to grow into HVAC and electrical operations in the future.

We're not your average plumbing company. We're in the midst of a powerful transformation from a traditional service model into a scalable, inspection-first restoration business. Our focus? Cast iron expertise, high-trust diagnostics, and building systems that set the foundation for long-term growth.

This management role is ideal for someone with proven operational leadership experience - ideally from a military background - who can take charge of daily operations while helping us expand into new service areas.

REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERAL MANAGER OF PLUMBING OPERATIONS

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
• Supervisor experience
• Licensed Journeyman plumber, being a Master Plumber is
• Great report writing skills
