Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Graphic Designer to support the marketing and advertising efforts of our five companies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creatively-driven individual with a strong portfolio and a passion for brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a digitally fluent, concept designer who balances creativity along with company brand guidelines, bringing marketing assets to life from websites to display ads to social media and E-blasts.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas and infectious energy to every project.
Possible Contract to Hire position after initial 60 day period.
Essential Functions:
While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position may perform other tasks as assigned.
Design and produce a diverse range of high-impact visual assets including social media graphics, presentation templates, digital assets (E-Blasts, ads, banners), and print collateral (brochures, flyers).
Ensure all design work aligns with existing brand guidelines for each company.
Contribute strategic and conceptual input on campaign direction, proactively recommending creative approaches and visual storytelling enhancements to elevate impact and engagement.
Prepare and optimize files for both digital distribution and professional print production, maintaining best practices and technical accuracy.
Maintain brand consistency across all design elements, with a critical eye for detail and adherence to established standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and execute on timelines.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience; project management experience a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work including branding execution..
Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
General knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in design, and open to exploring their use in enhancing creative output.
Video editing skills for short-form content preferred.
Website design & implementation skills - using tools such as Word Press is a plus!
