We are seeking an exceptional International Tax Manager to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This permanent role is a unique opportunity to shape and influence one of our core financial functions. You will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our international tax obligations, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations while also identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

As our International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing the preparation and review of the company's international tax compliance and reporting requirements.
2. Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize the company's international tax liabilities.
3. Overseeing and coordinating tax audits in various international jurisdictions.
4. Keeping up to date with changes in international tax laws and regulations and advising on the potential impact to the company.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice on international business initiatives and transactions.
6. Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
7. Managing the preparation of tax forecasts and budgets, and presenting findings to senior management.
8. Collaborating with external tax advisors to ensure all international tax matters are handled appropriately.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree in Taxation or a CPA designation is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably within a multinational corporation or a public accounting firm.
3. In-depth knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and treaties.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and develop effective tax strategies.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Proficiency in tax software and other financial systems.
8. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
