Cypress Lawn & Tree Care is hiring a part time technician to provide regularly scheduled lawn and tree care services within your route on a daily basis. You will work closely with customers to meet and exceed their expectations. If you enjoy working outside and regular physical activity, this is the job for you!

The chosen candidate will average between $430-$575 gross, per week, while working a 5 day workweek of 40 hours. We pay weekly and offer bonuses periodically during the season. We also offer a $500 bonus at the end of the season (gross).

We offer:

• Great hourly rate, production and sales bonuses
• Work outside in the Colorado sun
• No experience needed and training is provided (if candidate has experience the start pay will increase)
• Immediate start date

Responsibilities:

• Lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration (liquid and pulling plugs), fungus treatment as well as Deep Root fertilization for trees & shrubs.
• Applicant must be ready to undergo physically demanding days in the field.
• Applicant must be 21 years or older.
• Applicant must have great time management skills
• Driving company vehicle to customer locations
• Completing required production forms and customer instructions, as required, in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting in sales to current and new customers through contact on route
• Performing a daily inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance

Qualified candidates will be at least 21 years of age , will have a valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company's standards. We reserve the right to drug test, as needed.
