HNM is hiring ISP (Structured Cabling) Technicians right now for our Louisville, KY Technologies Group. Our Low Voltage Technologies Group is experiencing exciting and rapid new growth in the data center construction space and we've secured contracts all over the country from internationally known companies.

This is an outdoor, field-based role supporting the greater Cincinnati region . This position is responsible for having knowledge of cable installations of Voice, Data, Fiber Optics, and Coax cables. Terminate and testing of copper and fiber optic cables.

Technical Responsibilities
1. Perform cable/equipment installations as directed by the Sr. Installer/ Crew Leader and per the manufacturer's guidelines.
2. Adhere to all of the company's policies, practices, and procedures.
3. Adhere to the company's safety, appearance, and demeanor guidelines.
4. Follow the customer's policies and safety compliance rules while on the job site.
5. Other specific duties as directed by the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.

Qualifications
1. Possess a High School Diploma or a GED Certificate.
2. Possess a keen desire to be a team player and succeed in the technology business.
3. Must become certified in company-approved structured cabling systems installation and termination procedures.
4. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Our Customer will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation, and maintenance. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, Supplemental Insurance through Aflac, & 401K plan.
Compensation and Benefits

• Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, Supplemental Insurance through Aflac, & 401K plan.
• Pay range of $24-$30 per hour.
