Job Description

Location: Garland, Texas, 75041

Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week. Hours may very.

Pay rate: 100-115k base

Duties:

• Electro Mechanical Manager oversees the facility, manufacturing equipment, machine processes
• and related tooling. This includes assisting in the scheduling of all repairs/projects, and
• collaborates with site manager to improve operational efficiency of the facility. Drives activities
• that result in the repair/maintenance, upgrade, installation of plant machinery. This will include
• manufacturing equipment, facility maintenance, machine process controls, and the related
• tooling. Executes a variety of technical tasks related to the facility, manufacturing equipment
• maintenance, machine process, its’ related tooling, directs the Technician Supervisor, and
• provides general and/or technical assistance to the Blow Molding Technicians

Requirements:

Technical or Vocational degree/certificate and 10+ years related experience in a

manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of advanced mechanical principles including electrical theory and practice,

hydraulic theory and practice, pneumatic theory and practice. Knowledge of OSHA 70E

NFPA standards

• Basic to advanced troubleshooting of mechanical operated machinery.

• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled machinery and ancillary equipment.
