Role Description
The Onsite Project Manager will oversee daily construction activities for a U.S. Department of State Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) project, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all contractual, quality, and security requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing site logistics, monitoring progress and budgets, maintaining accurate project documentation, and serving as the primary point of contact between the client and home office. The PM will enforce safety standards, lead site meetings, track change orders, and provide regular progress reports while ensuring adherence to OBO specifications and U.S. government regulations.
