Your Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team on Fridays and Saturdays. This is your chance to support our mission and create memorable experiences for both children and adults. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Engage with your community and promote a positive image of our company.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and celebrate team successes.
• Work with kids, who make up over 70% of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide exceptional dental services with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Comprehensive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
• A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults
• An average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in your state
• Required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
• Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable)
• A passion for providing dental care to both children and adults
