Reporting Relationship
The salesperson reports to the franchise owner.

Duties and Relationships

  1. Greets prospects in our lead source platforms.
  2. Registers and calls prospects in lead tracking systems.
  3. Creates leads and sales via video chat platforms and in-home appointments.
  4. Qualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
  5. Performs scheduling of job site measuring and job execution that meets the customers needs.
  6. Keep record of Photographs of remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide before photographs for the franchise album.
  7. Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
  8. Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  9. Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed.
  10. Collects deposits/payments from customers.
  11. Interact with Project Manager to provide details for ordering.
  12. Initiates any job change orders.
  13. Follow up with project manager prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
  14. Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.
  15. Processes credit card payments from the customer in partnership with project manager.
