1 - Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 25 - Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : variable 1 per week - Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital Based - Documentation System/EMR: meditech/ mosaiq - Provider Must be local Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed), External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation – IGRT, External Beam, Radiation – IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Active MA License is required, active DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance license - Experience with following radiation techniques: 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed) - Experience with following software is preferred but not required: Pinnacle, Velocity, Mosaiq and Epic - Will be asked to see both inpatient and outpatient consults, do treatment planning, see weekly on-treatment visits and follow up patients. Will participate in weekly Tumor Boards Certifications: Board Certified, DEA
