Regional Recruiting Manager

Position Summary:

The Regional Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies across multiple sites to meet headcount goals, drive operational excellence, and support organizational growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a high-performing team, implement scalable processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain regional headcount targets through effective recruiting strategies.
  • Set and communicate daily priorities and expectations across multiple sites.
  • Lead the implementation and training of new recruiting processes and tools.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruiting metrics and team performance.
  • Create and manage job postings in the ATS and on external job boards.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team weekly to align on priorities and organizational changes.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard recruiting staff for the assigned region.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the regional recruiting team.
  • Oversee offer letter creation, employee placement in ATS, and deployment/transfer documentation for internal hires.
  • Develop and manage growth plans for team members, including promotions and compensation adjustments.
  • Facilitate daily recruiting stand-ups and weekly onboarding/training sessions.
  • Generate and maintain weekly resource management reports and audit project management tools.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with Lead Recruiters and monthly check-ins with the broader regional team.
  • Review and submit quarterly bonus recommendations for the regional recruiting team.
  • Lead recruiting operations for new site launches, including travel, community outreach, job fairs, and coordination with marketing.
  • Participate in project planning and client visits to support new business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruiting leadership, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
