What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new prospects and engage with existing customers to increase sales of flooring products
- Collaborate closely with regional and sales teams to enhance sales strategies
- Conduct product knowledge presentations for customers, dealers, and architects
- Forecast projects and large volume opportunities to drive specifications
- Research and gain expertise in the multifamily and single-family housing markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word; willingness to travel overnight (50%-75%)
