The Compliance Officer 1 is responsible for keeping Pacific Crest in a position to further the mission of providing our members and communities with the opportunity to prosper through collaborative development and maintenance of policy, procedures, and processes that are efficient and effective in providing members with a Crest Experience, while mitigating regulatory/legal, financial, and reputational risks. Essential Job Functions Coordinate the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of all aspects of the PCFCU Compliance program. Support teams throughout the organization with analyzing existing regulations and remaining up to date on regulatory changes. Support the Administrative Support manager in reviewing credit union policies and procedures for compliance risk. Assist the team with conducting reviews of marketing materials. Provide assistance with audits and exams and ensure any subsequent findings or deficiencies are addressed. Support the Bank Secrecy Officer. Take ownership of personal development by leveraging monthly coaching and participating in continuing education to qualify for a Compliance Officer 2.
