Job Description: Ferrario Auto Team, of Sayre is seeking a Sales and Business Manager to create a customer-focused environment. Individual to assist the management team in it's recently opened new state of the art Dodge-Ram-Chrysler-Jeep facility. The successful candidate will begin by creating process driven results and duties including managing processes to keep the customer informed during and after the sale. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company. Most of all the candidate will grow our internal team to provide the highest level of service. That includes training and managing our sales staff. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale * Meet or exceed sales targets * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions Requirements: * Prior sales management experience is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Job Type: Full-time It is necessary for the candidate to have automotive sales experience. We have co-manager with decades of sales experience is already in place to enhance the sales process. The new position is for a Sales and Business Manager to run the front of the house.
