Resumes without a portfolio link will not be considered. About the Role We're looking for a Senior UX Writer to join our team focused on Rivian's in-vehicle and mobile app experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, engaging copy that supports and enhances user journeys across our digital platforms, including app, web, and in-vehicle systems. Key Responsibilities Create clear, concise, on-brand UX copy that enhances usability and communicates purpose. Translate complex automotive and digital concepts into approachable language. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers from ideation through launch. Work within Figma and maintain consistency using our internal copy systems and voice guidelines. Contribute to copy strategy and help define the tone of new features or experiences. Occasionally assist with naming conventions, positioning statements, and broader content strategy projects. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 5+ years writing for digital products and experiences, with a strong UX focus. Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end flows and smart, engaging copy. Proficient with Figma, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence. Excellent presentation and communication skills—able to defend and explain content decisions. Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Experience balancing brand voice with UX clarity and user needs.
