Come join the Musco Team working as a Temporary Accounting Clerk. This role is a great way to gain experience and become familiar with our Team and company culture. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Route all electronic invoices to AP contacts in AP routing system
• Scan all paper invoices received and route to AP contacts
• Scan checks received for electronic bank deposit
• Assist with AP invoice entry as needed
• Process credit applications for new vendors
• Mail customer statements and expense checks, making sure appropriate documentation is included
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Accuracy working with numbers.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
