Communicate with Field Agents regarding needed research to cover gaps, Probates, District Clerk, etc. Examine documents provided by Field Agents. Use CityVerse to enter required data to generate reports or utilize client-provided programs. Prepare flowcharts, Plats & Deed Plots. Review other agents' work when required and make corrections. Prepare final deliverables for clients. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals. Follow instructions regarding CityVerse and other software. Perform title obligations adhering to title protocol directions. Other duties as assigned. Possess extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas Mineral Title and Surface Title requirements in various states of operation. Demonstrate ability to access online records and review documents to complete title chains efficiently. Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Pay close attention to detail with strong planning, organization, and time management skills. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities and work in a team environment. Maintain regular attendance as per the work schedule, with flexibility for overtime if necessary.
