Golden Dog Title & Trust is seeking a Title Solution Specialist to support the post-closing department, assisting with deal closures and increasing company revenues and profitability. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receive files after closing, review documents for accuracy, and send executed documents back to the lender. Review legal descriptions on title, mortgage, deed, and survey to ensure consistency. Assist with recording preparation, recording, and posting payments in Simplifile. Make copies of invoices and checks, and mail them accordingly. Review, scan, and send final endorsements and/or title policies. Monitor files for post-closing requirements such as partial releases or satisfactions. Prepare cover sheets for title policies upon receipt and send to lenders or owners with recorded documents. Assist in resolving title issues. Prepare and send invoices as directed. Manage the Post Closing inbox, responding promptly to incoming mail. Submit policy remittance payments. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge: Previous Title and Escrow experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. SoftPro experience preferred. Physical Demands: While performing the job, employees are required to talk, hear, and have close vision. Tasks often involve sitting, using hands for handling office equipment, and occasionally standing, walking, reaching, or stooping.
