MUST have 2 years of STAND ALONE CVPICU experience - floating does not count
NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS RTO
MUST be able to ROTATE - travelers will rotate shifts every 3-4 weeks - facility will try to accommodate straight shifts if the schedule allows but will not be able to list that on contract, should schedule needs change.
Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, will float to other critical care units as needed (NICU/PICU) – no age cut off

Pending License accepted: Yes – must show screenshot of license pending and provide the date the license application was submitted -PLEASE NOTE LICENSE MUST BE ISSUED PRIOR TO START DATE
RTO Restrictions: 1 week – if a full week, must make up at the end of contract
Guaranteed Hours: 36

If offered and accepted, must provide a photo upon contract signature
