Your Impact

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide exceptional dental care to children and adults in the Washington, DC Metro area .
• Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of our company.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and celebrate team successes.
• Work primarily with kids, who make up over 70% of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental services with the support of a dedicated team.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards to maintain integrity.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support our mission.

What We Provide

Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Comprehensive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
• A supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults
• An efficient office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant states
• Certifications such as CPR and DEA as required
• Nitrous Oxide certification (for specific states)
• A compassionate approach to providing dental care to both children and adults
