We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support our mission and help us create memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Engage with your community while promoting a positive image of our company!
• Participate in morning huddles (feel free to lead one!) to plan your day and appreciate your team.
• Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Our Practice Offers

• DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced diagnostics.
• Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.
• Comprehensive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
• A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care.
• Additional certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.).
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
