Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Licensing Support Agent to help clients through the insurance licensing process. You will answer questions, provide step-by-step guidance, and ensure applications are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with licensing requirements, applications, and documentation
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding licensing progress
Provide support with corrections, resubmissions, and status updates
Log all client interactions and status updates in the CRM system
Follow up with clients to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met
Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance, compliance, licensing, or customer support preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable navigating online forms and official portals
Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems
Patient, dependable, and detail-focused
