\nJOB SUMMARY:
\nOversees all Facilities, Ride & Show Maintenance, Central Services, Landscaping and Engineering teams at Universal Kids Resort. Manages leadership responsible for day-to-day park and hotel Technical Services functions. Establishes and oversees the planning and execution of annual accountabilities and objectives for the division while regularly partnering with other Universal Kids Resort departments and across Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) compliance and Technical Services teams as well as alignment with UDX policies and procedures. Oversees all Guest Satisfaction (GSAT), Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT), safety, and financial aspects of Technical Services.
