We are the creators behind AdalFlow, the PyTorch-like library to build and auto-optimize any LM workflows, from Chatbots, RAG, to Agents.

About the Role:

We are seeking exceptionally talented AI Research Engineers to develop agentic systems designed to automate AI/ML workflows. The role involves:

• Engaging with ambiguous problems related to desired use cases and feature requirements.
• Architecting and designing sophisticated agentic systems.
• Developing comprehensive data collection plans to measure system performance.
• Implementing auto-prompting methods to optimize agentic system interactions.
• Deploying and scaling the developed systems efficiently.
• Creating and executing strategic optimization plans at the modeling level to enhance overall performance.

Location:

We work out of SylphAI’s San Francisco office and prefer that candidates are able to relocate to the Bay Area if necessary.

Salary and Equity:

• Salary: $100k - $150k USD (dependent on location and experience)
• Equity: 0.5% - 2.5%
