Entry Level Maintenance Technician I Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Mow, water, and fertilize lawns
Keep shrubbery and trees trimmed
Clean all pedestrian surfaces and walls
Perform preventative maintenance on indoor and outdoor facilities
Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment
Order supplies and equipment
Entry Level Maintenance Technician I Shift Info
Day Shift, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Monday - Friday
Entry Level Maintenance Technician I Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
experience preferred
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Landscaping and maintenance experience
Experience using hand and power tools
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
Horticulture knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
