This AV-rated firm, with more than a century of history and regional strength, is expanding its litigation team in Fort Worth. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a dynamic caseload, working closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including courtroom appearances and trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Provide legal counsel to clients and keep them informed throughout the case
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support arguments and motions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and resolution
- Manage multiple litigation files with minimal supervision
- Support and strengthen client relationships through responsive communication

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of civil litigation experience; defense experience preferred
- Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and case management
