Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties and services
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the St. Louis real estate market
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos
• Support the leadership team with event planning and coordination for open houses and community outreach
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports to optimize marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
• Maintain and update the company’s website and digital marketing materials as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Canva, Google Business Suite, Constant Contact, and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus
• Passion for real estate and interest in the marketing industry preferred
